Drawing from my years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer for a publicly-traded company, speaker, author, and business consultant, I will walk you through the process of building the business you need while achieving the life you want. In regular planning sessions, I help business owners create a clear strategy for where the company is headed and what needs to be done to get there. Together, we set goals and develop clear initiatives, responsibilities, and metrics to stay on track.

As an entrepreneur, I have walked in your shoes. Besides my experience in the corporate arena, I have created and managed a successful business. I developed my own exit strategy, and now I live my best life. My role is to coach entire companies and hold business owners accountable for achieving their companies’ revenue and profit goals while promoting healthy team dynamics and a positive culture. My guidance is practical–concrete action steps coupled with interactive exercises that offer the best career development coaching. I will pull you over the hurdle of uncertainty and get you moving, planning, and doing.
